95% Of My Customers Have Never Met Me Face To Face.
And that is an interesting fact.
Is the buying trend changing? I think so!
Most of my customers were thousands of kilometres away from my place of work. We only spoke on phone, communicated over WhatsApp and the contract was achieved.
I cannot say what they thought about me, I cannot say if I was a genius talker, I cannot take that credit.
What I can say is that my sole intention is to educate customers about my product, allow them the first right to purchase, walk them through the IF’s and BUT’s etc.
I strongly believe the trend is changing, customer’s want the “level of comfort” during a decision making scenario. They want someone who can listen to them and understand their specific needs etc. They are looking for trust and reliability.
And, And I am that person who can cater to all that they are looking for.
